XrayNotes Date/Time Format

To keep it simple, xraynotes has adapted a unified date time format. The easiest description of the format is as follows:

YYYY/MM/DD hh:mm:ss

One may question the reason on adapting this particular one. The answer is consistency and simplicity. The simplicity comes from the decresing time unit order, where the date compare and date sorting operation becomes identical to the string sorting operation.

Description of the fields:

YYYY The four digit year, like Xraynotes initial release date is 2008
MM The two digit month, zero prepended, one based, like january is 01, september is 09
DD The two digit day, zero prepended, like fist day of month is  01, last day is 29..30.. 31

hh The two digit hour, zero prepended, zero based, like 00 ... 12 ... 22 ... 24
mm The two digit minute, zero prepended, zero based, like 00 ... 30 .. 59
ss The two digit seconds, zero prepended, zero based like 00 ... 30 ... 59
